Help Desk

The IIT department wants to assist you in using technology. The Help Desk is available Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, to offer assistance or answer questions on many topics including the following:

  • Desktop computer (PC or Mac)
  • Telephone
  • Voicemail
  • Administrative System access
  • Network
  • Internet access
  • E-mail
