- Audio/Visual: Smart classrooms, projectors, TV’s
- E-mail: Exchange, Outlook, Entourage, spam filtering
- Hardware Support: PC/ Mac, printers, scanners and peripheral support and repair
- Software Support: Installs, Windows and Mac OS, Office Suite, anti-virus, AccuTrack, Banner, Hershey, SARS, Voyager, Sierra College web pages
- Network Operations: MySierra log in, network, servers, network username/ password, print queues
- Telephone System: Telephones, voicemail
