We assist instructors and staff with a variety of technical issues such as: 

  • Adds, Moves, & Changes:  Computer equipment moves, telephone moves, computer installs/ setup
  • Audio/Visual:  Smart classrooms, projectors, TV’s
  • E-mail:  Exchange, Outlook, Entourage, spam filtering
  • Hardware Support:  PC/ Mac, printers, scanners and peripheral support and repair
  • Software Support: Installs, Windows and Mac OS, Office Suite, anti-virus, AccuTrack, Banner, Hershey, SARS, Voyager, Sierra College web pages
  • Network Operations:  MySierra log in, network, servers, network username/ password, print queues
  • Telephone System:  Telephones, voicemail
