Vacation - Classified Staff
A Classified employee is entitled to carry over up to twice the annual accrual rate as set forth in Level I not to exceed 192 hours of vacation into the next fiscal year. When a Classified employee, who has completed six (6) months of service, is terminated or resigns, he/ she shall be paid for the vacation hours as accrued.

Vacation - Educational Administrators, Classified Supervisory, Classified Confidential
Educational Administrators, Classified Supervisory, and Classified Confidential earn 22 days or 176 hours of vacation per year that is non accumulative.
