Biography

Joe MedeirosJoe Medeiros is a 60-year old field biologist and passionate biophiliac (lover of all living things). He has traveled in more than 30 countries, led natural history tours all over the U.S., South America, Europe, Africa, Australia, and New Zealand. He and his wife are enthusiastic educators who love the out-of-doors, especially backpacking.

Joe is a very busy person with hundreds of students but he will always make room for some group who wants to hear more about Sustainability. The title of his talk: "Sustainability – What Is It and Why Aren't We Doing It?" This is a serious but meaningful presentation. Those who wish to hear this talk must be willing to take some risks (political, religious, and critical content). Meant for those who wish to be a part of a major paradigm shift in America.
