Biography
For the past 20 years, Susan Wheeler has helped companies define, focus on and implement their business goals. Prior to founding Pathfinder Consulting Solutions in 2000, she held a number of senior level management positions at General Electric, AT&T and several start-up companies. While at AT&T, Susan led a cross-functional team of 70 managers to formulate a $22B business plan.
In her consulting practice, Susan works with start-up and established companies around the world to clearly define markets and improve the way they do business. Susan draws from her broad experience in Business Strategy, Product Management, Product Marketing, Development, Sales and Operations to create customized training and presentations for corporations and national associations. She is an Adjunct Faculty member at Sierra College.

- Preferred size of audience: No preference; require information in advance regarding size of audience, their background and goals for speaking engagement (what they want to achieve, what does success look like). In small audiences, her presentations are very interactive. For larger audiences, her presentations can be either a one-way flow of information or include audience participation depending on the duration of the event and the goals of the organizer.
