Enrollment fees are established by the State Legislature and are subject to change.

Enrollment Fee

Health Fee

 – receiving financial aid.
 – in supportive education courses only.
 – enrolled in OLLI courses only.
 – enrolled in in-service courses.
 – dependent on prayer for healing.

Non-resident Tuition

50% refund for complete withdrawal from all classes by the student within the first six weeks of the semester or the first two weeks of a summer session.
A $10 processing fee will be retained once per semester for all refunds.

International Student Capital Outlay Fee

$5 per unit in addition to non-resident tuition All International Students* 100% refund for full-term courses dropped by the student by the Add/ Drop/ Refund Deadline. (See Refund Information)
50% refund for complete withdrawal from all classes by the student within the first six weeks of the semester or the first two weeks of a summer session.

* Foreign Citizen/Resident Capital Outlay Fee: In addition to enrollment fees and non-resident tuition, foreign students (Permanent Residents, Temporary Residents, and F-1 student visa holders) are required to pay a Foreign Citizen/Resident Capital Outlay fee of $6 per unit. This fee is mandatory unless the student can show “economic hardship”. In this case, economic hardship” is defined as victims of persecution or discrimination in the country of citizenship and residency, or one who is a recipient of Aid to Families with Dependent children, the Supplemental Income/State Supplementary Program, or a general assistance program.

Auto $40 Spring/Fall Semesters Vehicles using Rocklin Campus & NCC parking must display a valid permit. No fees for DMV disabled license plate placard. Parking permit not required at Roseville Gateway Campus. Refund if you present parking decal to Police Services within ten days of the date the spring/fall semester begins or within 3 days of the start of the summer session.
