My name is Nestor I am from Mexico. I came to the United States in 2004. I like to learn English because that’s that way to communicate well in the USA. I was studying in Mexico but I when I came to America I didn’t attend college for two years and that is a mistake I did, so you don’t want to do that same mistake, if you want to continue your education do it right way; because you forget that way you use to study. Now, I really enjoy learning English at Sierra College.

I am from Ukraine. My family and I have lived in the U.S.A. since October 2005. When I arrived to Sacramento I did not speak one word English. I am happy because I am studying the English language at Sierra College. I want to speak English fluently. I have a lot of goals for my life, and I can not reach them without knowing English. I like people. I want to learn more about American culture and history.
