German is spoken by more than 100 million people as the official language of Germany, Austria, Luxemburg, Liechtenstein as well as one of the official languages of Switzerland. In addition, German is a major language used in business as well as history and the arts.
Sierra College currently offers two semesters of German in our program. In addition to the program here at Sierra College, we offer a study abroad program in Vienna.
