Sierra College Career Connections at the Rocklin campus will be offering the following one-hour workshops during the semester:
Resume Building Workshops
Invest one hour in building a dynamic resume that will give you results AND get five laser copies of your resume on resume stock, plus matching envelopes! The Resume Building workshop is a comprehensive activity, focusing on what to include (and what not), which type of resume will work best for you, plus electronic and scannable resumes and cover letters. Participants in the one-hour workshop are also given 1/2 hour follow-up appointment with a career counselor to review/edit a resume.

How to do a “WOW” Job Interview Workshops
This one-hour workshop will cover the basics of effective interviewing, including how to dress, what to bring, what questions to anticipate, how to answer using the 1,2,3 format and more! Build your confidence by being prepared--come and invest in yourself and your future. Participants in the one-hour workshop are also given a follow-up appointment to practice their job interview skills via a virtual job interview.
