Board of Governor's Fee Waiver - BOGW

The Board of Governors Enrollment Fee Waiver (BOGW) is available to California residents who meet income eligibility requirements. The program waives the $20 per unit enrollment fee, the $2 PASS telephone registration fee, the $15 health fee, and also reduces the semester parking fee from $40 to $20. The BOGW is effective for the whole academic year (Fall/ Spring/ Summer). There is no minimum unit requirement.

All eligible students who have applied for financial aid using the FAFSA, will be automatically awarded a BOGW by Sierra College.

Students should apply once every school year using the BOGW application. Applications are available in the class schedule and at the Financial Aid office. An application may also be downloaded from our Internet site in the Forms area. Return the completed BOGW to the Financial Aid Office at either the Rocklin or Nevada County Campus.
