Fees:
The housing rate for the 2009-2010 academic semesters is:
- $3,350 per semester – this includes a $60 per week meal plan.
- $250 refundable security deposit
This includes rent, utilities and garbage (phone and cable service are not included in our rate). The $250 security deposit is required prior to move-in. The deposit will be refunded when the student ends their stay with us, as long as there are no damages or cleaning fees and that the student does not have any past due balances owed to the Housing Office.

e-Cashier payment plan
The college has entered into an agreement with the Nelnet Business Solutions (FACTS). FACTS will set-up a monthly deduction from a checking account or credit card to pay for the student's fees. Visit your mySierra account for more information.
