A Mother's Place

• A room designed to provide a clean, private and comfortable facility for lactating mothers who want to continue breast feeding.

Perceptual Training

• Courses offered in this department are designed primarily for Learning Disabled students. The emphasis is placed on perceptual development through an individualized program. These courses may include vision training, auditory processing/ discrimination, and learning strategies.

A Safe Space

• A supportive program for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender students.

Straight AAAs Program

• This program is designed to help student athletes achieve academic success at Sierra College. Student athletes, who assess into one or more developmental courses (reading, writing or math) or are recommended by the coaches, will study for three hours or more per week.

Supportive Education
