Testing Center

Information for Faculty

Faculty can deliver materials either in person or electronically at either location. However, all tests MUST be accompanied by a set of instructions.

Instructors are asked to complete the appropriate proctoring form when requesting these services.

Please note there are two forms, a Distance Learning proctoring form and a Testing Center Form.
