Help Desk Self-Service

  • Employees can access the Sierra College IIT Help Desk software (SysAid) to:
  • Submit an Incident – open a work order
  • View your service history – note that your Track-It! service history will not be imported
  • View the SysAid Calendar
  • View the FAQs / Knowledgebase

To access the Help Desk software from a staff or faculty computer:

If the computer has the SysAid Client installed it will have the following icon on the computer desktop.icon

Clicking on the icon or pressing the F11 key will open the Help-Desk Self-Service Page.

To Access the Help Desk software from a District computer that does not have the client or from home

Go to https://sierracollege.sysaidit.com/

You will be prompted for your credentials.

Once you are logged in, you will be presented with a page that looks like

From this page, you can:

  • Submit an Incident - open a work order
  • Service History
  • View the SysAid Calendar
  • View the FAQs (Under constructions)
  • View Workflow Actions

You will still be able to call or email the Helpdesk:

Call

  • x7777 from a District phone
  • 916-660-7777 from off-campus
