Help Desk Self-Service

From a District administrative or faculty computer faculty and staff can access the self-service portion of IIT’s help desk software (Track-It).

Go to http://helpdeskweb.sierracollege.edu. You will likely be presented a log in page similar to this one.

Log in page

In the User name field, enter your Sierra College email address in username@sierracollege.edu format. In the Password field, enter your e-mail password.



Track It page

You will redirectd to a page similar to this.

Click on “Work Orders” to view you current work orders or add a new work order. You can also add notes to, or close an existing open work order.


Notes:

  1. Assets shown are systems you were logged into at the time the Track-It audit process ran and consequently may not be limited to your computer.
  2. User Account information may be incomplete or wrong as it originates from the Active Directory which is not being updated from Banner yet.
