The mission of the Sierra College Business Department is to provide a quality business education that prepares students for educational and career success.
Engaged in principles, theories, and practices of leadership and management, the Business student prepares to enter the worlds of commerce and public administration or to transfer as a juniour to a university. In management and general business courses one learns about the behavior of organizations and of the skills for effective leadership, decision-making, and administration. More specialized courses include accounting, law and mathematics in business, the fundamentals of profitable investing, methods of marketing goods and services, or the principles and practice of real estate.

Similar to the Administration Professional program, the Business Administration program will equip you with the abilities to become a leader and a decision-maker in businesses and other sorts of organizations.
