Liberal Arts Division
Creative pursuits meet practicality in our Liberal Arts Divisions. Teaching, Fine Arts, Humanities and Language are all among your vast assortment of options here at Sierra College. We have extensive art programs for the expressive-minded, or social and political science if you wish to explore a career in politics. If you plan to become an educator, this is the major for you. For students who have an alternative native tongue, we have English as a Second Language. With all the options available in Liberal Arts, there is certain to be a place for you.

Arts and Cultures
A.A. Degree
This program provides an introduction to critical thinking, multicultural studies, and the arts for students interested in strengthening their analytical and communication skills and/or transferring to four-year colleges and universities. This degree builds a knowledge base appropriate for students transferring to arts and humanities programs at four-year institutions or for students building a base for transfer specialization in areas of emphasis that require primarily upper-division coursework, such as Social Work, Multicultural and Gender Studies, or World Arts and Cultures.
