Sierra College issues all refunds, including Financial Aid disbursements, through the Wolverine Card process.
A Wolverine One Card is mailed to all new students attending Sierra College. Upon receipt of the card, follow the attached instructions and select the refund method that best suits your financial needs. The Wolverine One Card is not a debit card unless you choose to open a OneAccount Checking account with HigherOne.
The following refund options are available:
Direct Deposit (ACH) – Refund will be deposited into an existing bank account of your choice.
Check – A check will be mailed to the address on record in mySierra.
OneAccount – Higher One’s checking account, the fastest method to receive your refund.
If no refund method is chosen then a default check will be mailed 14 days after refunds are processed to the address on record in mySierra from Higher One.
NOTICE: It is important to maintain a correct address in mySierra.
Refunds will be automatically processed 6-8 weeks after the semester begins.
Allpoint ATM’s are located in the cafeteria and V building on the Rocklin Campus, and one each at NCC and Tahoe-Truckee. Students may also use their debit card at any Allpoint ATM in our communities. To find the closet community Allpoint ATM visit www.allpointnetwork.com
