An Official Transcript is a sealed document detailing a student’s academic record at Sierra College. Copies are available from the Admissions & Records office and can be held for student pickup, mailed directly to other institutions, or mailed to a student’s home.
Unofficial Transcripts are available through your mySierra account or free of charge from Admissions & Records. They are unsealed photocopies.
We cannot fax or email official or unofficial transcripts.
Your signature and date on the order authorization (remember: no signature authorization is required when you place your order through mySierra.)
If you’re a current student, the easiest way to order a transcript is through mySierra. Click on “Order Transcripts” on the right side of the mySierra home page.
If you are prompted to enter your user name and PIN number, log out and change your browser to Firefox or Internet Explorer. There is no user name and PIN number, so guessing will disable your mySierra account. You’ll now be able to order your official transcript using TranscriptsPlus through Credential Solutions.
