Transcripts On-Demand, In-Person Service

If you need your official transcript right now, our on-demand, in-person service is available at the Admissions & Records office on the Rocklin Campus (5000 Rocklin Rd.)

If you have a deadline that precludes online ordering, the Rocklin Admissions & Records office would be happy to process a sealed official transcript, issued to the student on the spot. On-demand orders cost $20 per copy (It does not count towards your two free transcripts). You’ll need a photo ID and, if a second party is picking up a transcript for you, you’ll need to provide them with written authorization and they’ll need their photo ID.

Keeping your order from being delayed

You need an official transcript to get into another college, to go to graduate school, or to get a new job or raise. Processing delays can be avoided if you’re aware of the following:

Each request must include an original signature.
Other institutions’ transcripts will not be included with your Sierra College transcript order. If you attended other colleges and need those records, place transcript orders with those institutions.
Transcripts will not be issued until all outstanding accounts are cleared.
A photo ID is required to pick up a transcript in person. A second party can pick up a transcript for you if they have signed, written authorization from you and their photo ID.
Please pay the appropriate fees. Many transcript orders are held pending payment.
Please read the information regarding IGETC/GE Certifications before checking the box on the transcript request form.
Don’t forget to check the box confirming you have NOT received your two free transcripts. Refunds can be processed but can delay processing.
