Women's Head Coach - Scott Decker
Big 8 Conference Coach of the Year 2010
Scott Decker started his coaching career in 1984 at UC Davis as an assistant coach for the Women's Water Polo Program. During the next 4 years, he assisted then, and current, Head Coach Jamey Wright until he graduated in 1987. Upon graduation in 1987, Scott Decker was hired as the Men's Water Polo and Men's & Women's Swimming Coach at El Camino HS in Sacramento. Over the next 10 years, Decker guided the Eagles Water Polo Teams to over 200 victories during his tenure, and was twice named Capital Athletic League Coach of the Year (91 & 95).

Assistant Coach Lindsay Wing
Lindsay Wing started her coaching career in 2002 coaching water polo and swimming at Del Campo HS. During the next six years, she continued coaching at Del Campo until 2009 when she started her position as the Assistant Coach for Women’s Water Polo and Swimming at Sierra College.
In 2006 Lindsay received her Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and went on to get her teaching credential in physical education in 2007 from Sacramento State University. She has taught physical education in a variety of different age-groups at a variety of different schools.
Lindsay currently holds her Master’s Degree in Coaching and Athletic Administration that she completed in 2011 from Concordia University in Irvine, CA.
Her other coaching experience includes an area club water polo team called Sacramento Water Polo in which she started coaching in 2009. The club offers year-round water polo for athlete’s 3rd grade and up.
