Craig Purcell, Head Coach

A team oriented, Head Tennis Coach and Sports Administrator with a 20 year career delivering athlete development programs, education, nutrition and sports science services to elite junior, collegiate and professional athletes. Managing Tennis Australia's National Academy in Sydney, Craig mentored world class professionals, coached national junor champions and represented Australia coaching in the London Paralympic Games. A top ranked USTA junior and NCAA collegiate scholar athlete, Craig's international coaching experience includes competing against players, Andre Agassi, Michael Chang, Jim Courier, Todd Martin, Lleyton Hewitt, Todd Woodbridge, Mark Woodforde, and Richard Krajicek at ATP World Tour events, including The U.S. Open, The Championships at Wimbledon, Roland Garros, and the Australian Open. In his first year as Head Women's Tennis Coach at Sierra College, Craig also serves as the Tennis Department Head at Life Time Athletic in Roseville, California.
