The celebration will include:

A traditional miner’s lunch at the Empire Mine Clubhouse

  • Cornish pastie (your choice of beef, chicken or veggie), cole slaw, beverages, ice cream/cookies
  • Served by park volunteers in period costume

A guided tour of the Empire Mine grounds

  • 90 minute tour led by an expert tour guide
  • Tour includes the Empire Mine Bourn Cottage (the mine owner’s mansion) and the mineyard

A short presentation by
