Tenth Annual WAA Golf Tournament

The Wolverine Athletic Association invites the public to register for the tenth Annual WAA Golf Tournament. This all day event will be held at The Ridge Golf Course in Auburn CA, on Friday August 9. Registration begins at 8:00 am. Sponsorship opportunities are available. A foursome is $700. Finish the semester with a DRAG! An end-of-the semester, dragtastic celebration sponsored by the Sacramento International Gay and Lesbian Film Festival. Sierra College Professors perform Drag! You've seen them teach; now see them shimmy! Thursday, May 30th at 8:00 pm, at Sidetrax in Sacramento. Admission for 18 years old and up, a donation of $5 per person at the door. Sidetrax is located at 2007 K. Street, Sacramento. All proceeds benefit the Sierra College Spectrum Committee.

Commencement at Rocklin Campus

Commencement at the Rocklin Campus will be held on Friday, May 24 at 6:00 pm. The ceremony will take place below the Japanese memorial garden between buildings W and D, with guest seating in the quad area. The ceremony is approximately 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours in length.

Guests are requested to remain seated during the ceremony, and refrain from standing to take photos until the ceremony has ended.
