- If you have never been able to log on to mySierra successfully, please follow the instructions on the Log In Instructions page.
- If you still cannot log on, please complete the Student Password Reset Form. You must have your student ID number in order to get help.

- You should have received your mySierra username and password by e-mail. Please check your e-mail including your Junk Mail and Spam Mail folders.
- If you did not receive your username and password, please contact the Student Password Reset Form. You must have your student ID number in order to get help.
Yes, I have recently re-applied to Sierra.
- You should receive your mySierra username and password via e-mail to the e-mail address you provided on your CCCApply application within 3 working days. Please check your e-mail including your Junk Mail and Spam Mail folders.
- If you did not receive your username and password, and you do not have your student ID number, you will need to go to Admissions and Records with identification to receive your student ID number.
- If you did not receive your username and password and you do have your student ID number, please complete the Student Password Reset Form. You must have your student ID number in order to get help.
Yes, I've logged on before, but can't log on now.
- If you have forgotten your password, please use this Forgot Your Password? Click here link, which is on the left side of the log in page.
- If you still cannot log on, please complete the Student Password Reset Form. You must have your student ID number in order to get help.
Please complete the Student Password Reset Form for log in issues only! You will need to know your student ID number in order to complete the Student Password Reset Form.
- Complete the Student Password Reset Form to request a password reset. (please allow up to 3 working days response time)
- If you do not know your student ID number, you will need to go to Admissions and Records with identification to receive your student ID number.
NOTE: Faculty and staff cannot be helped by the Student Password Help Form. Please call the IIT help desk for assistance.

NOTE: Internet Explorer 8 and Safari 3 (and earlier) aren't currently supported browsers for all aspects of mySierra. Please use another browser such as Internet Explorer 7, Safari 4 (Mac & Windows) or Firefox 3. Firefox 3 download site. (Windows and Mac.) Other browsers may also have trouble.
