Eligibility for 2011-2012
In order to be eligible for the EOPS program, students must meet all of the following criteria:
- Be a California resident for at least one year and one day before school starts;
- Be enrolled full-time (12 units) when accepted into the EOPS program.
Exception: Upon the recommendation of an EOPS counselor and approval by the Program Coordinator, up to ten percent of EOPS students may be enrolled for less than 12 units.
- Have completed no more than 70-degree applicable units.
- Be approved for a Board of Governors Enrollment Fee Waiver (BOGW) under either the BOGW "A" or "B" criteria.

Receive public benefits such as
TANF/
CalWORKs,
SSI/
SSP,
GA,
VETS.
BOGW B
Use this method to see if you qualify based on 2010 income:
- Household Size of 1 AND an Income Standard of $16,245 or less
- Household Size of 2 AND an Income Standard of $21,855 or less
- Household Size of 3 AND an Income Standard of $27,465 or less
- Household Size of 4 AND an Income Standard of $33,075 or less
- Add $5,610 thereafter for each additional member in household.
