Please follow these common solutions below to help solve any issues you may be having.

You do not know your password.

Reset your password by going to https://passwordreset.sierracollege.edu/index.html and select “Reset my Password”.
You will be prompted for:

  • Your User Name
  • Your Student ID number
  • Your Last Name
  • Your Date of Birth (be sure to enter it in MM/DD/YYYY format including the “/”

You get a “username/password pair not found” error when logging into mySierra.

You will be prompted for:

  • Your Last Name
  • Your Date of Birth (be sure to enter it in MM/DD/YYYY format including the “/”

You are a former student wanting an unofficial transcript.

If you have taken a class within the last 12 months unofficial transcripts are available through mySierra.

If you have not taken a class within the last 12 months, your mySierra account access no longer exists and you will not be able to access unofficial transcripts through mySierra.

You are a returning student wanting to take classes.

You will need to re-apply for Admission. For more information, see http://www.sierracollege.edu/admissions/future-student/returning-student.php.

You do not know your Student ID number.
