Sierra College Boots to Books is a specialized course created to prepare student military veterans for the transition to higher education. Boots to Books provides an overview of college terms, student success practices, the transfer process, and degree/certificate requirements. Students will formulate an educational plan to increase success in reaching educational goals. Additionally, the course provides information on GI Bill benefits, financial aid, VA compensation/pension claims, combat stress injuries, and available resources.
