On Monday, June 8, 2015, Sierra College Rocklin Campus welcomed over one hundred third and fourth graders from Roseville’s Woodbridge Elementary School for a tour. The focus of this tour was to inspire interest in these young students to look towards a goal of attending college, and to see that higher education is indeed within their reach and is FUN!
The Woodbridge students got a chance to visit several different departments and classes at the college, including Construction and Energy Technology, Business, Fire Technology, Mechatronics, Financial Aid, Career Connections and the Natural History Museum. A good time was had by all.
