Intellectual Salons with Solutions

Event Details

Sierra College continues its Intellectual Salon Series this Fall, discussing the topic “Hope” as a theme. We will also be building a "Hope Tree" beginning on Oct. 8 and continuing to add "leaves of hopes and hopefulness" as contributed by our participants. We'd love for you to participate in growing our Hope tree.

Salons are free and open to the public.

Provacateurs: Jason File and Joe Medeiros will introduce provocative questions about hope and hopefulness. We'll use media (music, TEDtalk speakers, poets, etc.) to enhance our provocation and discuss participants' hopes and hopefulness

Location: 5100 Sierra College Blvd. in Rocklin, CA 95677

Parking: There is a $3 parking fee on campus. Permits can be purchased at dispensers located throughout the parking lot.

Sponsored by: The Library, Friends of the Library, Sierra College Press and ASSC
