Event Details

No registration is needed to participate in this FREE workshop, but please be on time.

In this workshop, we will discuss gender and ethnicity. It is important to be respectful of differences in others' backgrounds and beliefs in local communities and around the world at large. We can use social or cultural differences to help expand the concept of what is normal and generate new ideas. We can VALUE diversity in the workplace, including gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, and age. These differences can actually improve products, services, or work processes. We will try to develop and improve relationships with people of different backgrounds and beliefs by improving self-awareness, sensitivity to others' feeling and Professionalism.
