- FSA ID
- Social Security Card if you have one
- Alien Registration Number (if not US citizen)
- Tax Return and W2s (2017 for 2019-2020, 2018 for 2020-2021)
- Government Photo ID
- Records of Untaxed Income (Pensions, IRAs, CalWorks, Social Security Benefits, Child Support
etc . for 2017 and or 2018) - Dependent students: bring the requested documents for your parent(s) and/or
step parent
