Free, Short-term Counseling to Help you with Personal Concerns
Students can face a lot of challenges during college. Counseling provides free, personal short-term mental health counseling to help create strategies to resolve your concerns. If your concern requires longer-term counseling, psychotherapy, or more specialized services, counselors will help you find and connect to appropriate and affordable campus and community resources.
All counseling services are confidential except as mandated by law.
