Transfer Degrees require 60 units, which include general education units, units in a major or interest area, and electives. If earning an AS-T, it also requires a one-unit science lab.. *Participating four-year colleges include California State University (CSU), Historically Black Colleges and Universities, fully online and out-of-state universities, and independent colleges and universities in California.
Earning a Certificate of Achievement gives you the knowledge and technical training needed for a specialized career. This can be a good option if you are exploring new careers, seeking professional advancement or upgrading credentials. Certificates of Achievement require a minimum of 16 units.
