Marketing and Communications
Promoting Sierra College Far and Wide
Our team advances Sierra College’s mission by connecting the college to students, families, regional partners and the broader community. Through integrated marketing, clear communication and accessible storytelling, we help people understand who we are, what we offer and how we support student success. We lead district-wide brand strategy, audience engagement, content development and institutional storytelling, ensuring Sierra College shows up with clarity, consistency and purpose across every channel.
What We Do
Our work is guided by institutional priorities, audience impact, timelines, and available resources. Not every request requires the same level of support, and our role is to help determine the most effective and appropriate approach for each situation.
How to Work With Us
We aim to make the process simple and collaborative.
- Consultation: Share your goals, audience, timelines and desired outcomes. We’ll help clarify scope and recommend the most effective approach. Request a consultation through our Marketing Request Form.
- Strategy and Planning: We identify the channels, messages and creative elements that will support your objectives and align with the district’s broader marketing calendar.
- Creative Development: Our team drafts content, designs visuals or develops multimedia. You’ll receive review opportunities to ensure accuracy and alignment.
- Implementation and Distribution: We publish, promote or deploy the work across your selected channels and coordinate districtwide placement.
- Measurement and Optimization: We review performance metrics, assess impact and refine approaches for continued improvement.
