David Miramontes-Quinones is a STEM/CARE Counselor, Title IX Advocate, and a Personal Development instructor at Sierra College. David started at Sierra College as an ESL student, where he also earned an AS in Business Administration. David transferred to Sacramento State University, where he graduated with a BA in Social Sciences and a Master’s degree in Counseling. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, David is passionate about supporting LGBTQ+ students with counseling, advocacy, and mental health. During his free time, David loves traveling around the world with his partner. They love visiting new destinations, getting to know new cultures, and eating amazing food.
